Fees and plans
You pay a monthly plan price and a percentage on each sale. Stripe charges its own processing fees in addition.

Prices are in euro. Plan prices and features are shown on the pricing section and under Billing & Subscription in your dashboard. Prices can change with notice, see the Seller Agreement.
Order e-mails to customers
Order e-mails to your customers are sent on Premium and Pro. On Free, customers get their purchase on the order page and in My account. Sign-in codes and balance codes that a customer asks for are always sent, on every plan. E-mails to you (new order alerts, account mails) are not affected.
How the per-sale fee works
- The percentage is calculated on the sale amount, with the percentage of the plan your account had at the time of the sale. The minimum fee is one cent.
- It is split off automatically when the payment is made. You see the fee and your net amount on every order.
- Stripe's processing fees are charged by Stripe on top, according to Stripe's pricing for your account. Card payments through Stripe also have Stripe's own minimum charge per currency; other methods have no minimum.
- If an order is refunded, its net amount becomes zero in your orders list. The Refund Policy explains what happens to fees.
Example
A buyer pays EUR 20.00 in a Free shop. SellSpace's fee is 3.5% = EUR 0.70. Stripe's processing fee is charged on top by Stripe. On a Pro plan the SellSpace fee on the same sale would be 0.5% = EUR 0.10.
Currencies
Plan prices (EUR 0 / 10 / 20) are always in EUR. Your shop can charge its buyers in another currency (see Checkout, Currencies). The per-sale fee is the same percentage in every currency, calculated in that currency (at least the smallest unit, for example one cent). Stripe may convert amounts for the platform with its own rates; the dashboard's display-currency conversion is approximate (ECB reference rates).
Subscriptions and billing
Premium and Pro are billed monthly through Stripe. In Billing & Subscription you upgrade, and the Stripe Billing Portal lets you update your payment method, view invoices and cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
Taxes
You are responsible for taxes on your own sales, including VAT where applicable. SellSpace does not collect or remit VAT on your behalf. VAT on SellSpace's own services is described in the Terms of Service.
