Short answers to the questions sellers ask most.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes. Buyers pay through Stripe, and the money goes to your connected Stripe account. See Connect Stripe.

What does it cost?

The Free plan costs EUR 0 per month plus 3.5% per sale. Premium is EUR 10 per month plus 1.25%. Pro is EUR 20 per month plus 0.5%. Stripe charges its own fees in addition. See Fees and plans. Paid themes are not part of any plan: each one is bought once, separately, on any plan.

Can I block fraudulent buyers?

Yes, from the Premium plan: see Anti-Fraud. You never see buyer IP addresses.

How are keys and files delivered?

Automatically after the payment is confirmed: on the order page and, on Premium and Pro, by e-mail (Free shops send no order e-mails: the buyer keeps the order page and My account). See Variants, stock and delivery.

Does SellSpace e-mail my customers about their orders?

Order e-mails to your customers are sent on Premium and Pro. On Free, customers get their purchase on the order page and in My account. Sign-in and balance codes that a customer requests are always sent. See Fees and plans.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Premium and Pro. See Custom domain.

Are there coupon codes?

Not at the moment. You can use slashed prices and volume discounts.

Can I sell anything?

No. Illegal goods, stolen accounts, malware, pirated content and other items are prohibited. Read the Acceptable Use Policy.

Who handles refunds?

You do, according to the refund rules you publish in your store. See Refund Policy and Orders, customers and refunds.

I did not get the verification e-mail.

Check your spam folder, then use the Resend link on the login page. Links expire after 24 hours.

My store says Stripe is not ready.

Stripe still needs details or is verifying your account. Open the connection again and finish the steps Stripe lists. See What "Finish Stripe setup" means.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Card payments through Stripe have Stripe's own minimum charge per currency (EUR 0.50 for euro). Other methods (customer balance, PayPal, crypto) have no minimum. Buyers see the Stripe methods you switched on in your Stripe dashboard, plus the SellSpace methods you enabled. See Checkout.

My shop was quarantined.

A shop is only quarantined by a person on the team (never automatically), while they review it. Contact us using the e-mail address in the Acceptable Use Policy.

How do I contact SellSpace?

Contact details are in the Terms of Service.

Can my customers promote my shop and earn a reward?

Yes, on Premium and Pro: shop affiliates. You set the rates. Affiliates earn discount credit that they can spend in your shop only; there are no payouts and SellSpace never moves money for affiliates. This is separate from the SellSpace referral program.

Can I sell in bulk at wholesale prices?

Yes, on Pro: the reseller panel gives approved customers tiered wholesale prices, paid from a prepaid balance.
